ATHLETICS | SPIRIT SQUAD

Coventry Cheer is open to students in middle school through high school. The squad is coached by Mrs. Traci Hoffman, who is a member of ACSI's Christian Cheer Coach Association. The team also sponsors programs for younger students such as IMPACT Cheer and cheer clinics. The team's focus is on school spirit, but it also conducts at least one community service project each year. The students are involved year-round with this sport and learn to grow both athletically and spiritually by setting a goal for growth each year. They also perform traditional sideline cheers at sporting events in addition to routines at school assemblies and events. The team participates in the Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders ("FCC") camps, competitions, and activities, where they have received recognition for safety and achievement.
