How Tuition Is Paid
For the convenience of our parents, CCS offers three primary payment plans:
-
Pay in full by June 1st and receive the largest discount. Percentage ranges 4-5% based on the department.
-
10 equal payments from August 1st through May 1st and receive a discount (1-2%).
-
12 equal payments from July 1st through June 1st (K-12 families).
Families who chose either the 10 month or 12 month payment plan need to enroll with SMART Tuition using this link. Our school code is 14071 (you will need this to enroll).

Scholarships
Church/Christian School Employee Scholarship
Students applying to the K-12 program may qualify for this scholarship if one of their parents is employed full time by a Christian church or school committed to orthodox Christian doctrine. The church or Christian school employee scholarship will be up to 50% of tuition for each child in the family.
Please contact the Admissions Coordinator, Amie Mattes, at amiemattes@educatingforlife.com if you would like to receive a scholarship form. All ministry scholarship applicants must also complete a Financial Aid application via the instructions below, and must fall within the EITC family income limits also described below.
Financial Aid
Coventry Christian Schools offers need-based financial aid to qualifying families. All families wishing to enroll their children at CCS but with financial concerns are strongly encouraged to complete a financial aid application. About 40% of our families receive some level of financial aid.
To qualify for financial aid new students must first apply and be accepted to Coventry Christian Schools. Apply Now >
The Financial Aid Application deadline for the upcoming school year is April 15. Financial Aid Applications must be submitted by April 15 to guarantee consideration in the decision process. Awards will begin being issued in March, so submitting the financial aid application early will improve chances for consideration.
Because Coventry Christian Schools funds the majority of its Financial Aid awards through the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit program, families who are within the approved EITC income limits will receive preferred consideration. For the 2022-23 school year the income limits for EITC are as follows:
Household with 1 child: $123,697
Household with 2 children: $142,211
Household with 3 children: $160,725
Households with 4 or more children should add $18,514 for the 4th and each additional child. Questions on the EITC program should be directed to the CCS Development Officer, Barbara Roque.
To qualify for renewal of a financial aid or scholarship award, returning students must meet or exceed the following minimum criteria:
-
Earn a minimum of a 2.25 GPA in the previous school year.
-
Earn less than 8 Level 1 reproofs in the previous school year.
-
Earn less than 3 Level 2 reproofs in the previous school year.
Failure to meet one or more of these criteria may result in the loss of financial aid or scholarships at Coventry Christian Schools.
All scholarship and financial aid decisions are subject to budget availability and are at the discretion of Coventry Christian Schools.
